Offering counseling for emotional distress and mental illness as well as providing support during times of transition and adjustment to new life circumstances. I am an Air Force veteran who has spent the last 36 years serving individuals making their way through tough times.
Substance abuse counseling that utilizes an eclectic approach including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Stages of Change Model, and traditional 12-Step principles. Clinical interventions are guided by spiritual principals and Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused brief therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy.
My interventions are under girded with compassion, integrity, persistence, and respect. Fees are competitive and times for sessions are flexible. Training and consultation activities are designed to provide a values-centered course of action that results in improved quality of life for those served. You just need someone to help you refine your skills and boost your self confidence that things can and will change for the best.
