Personal Statement

I am a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals and couples. I provide counseling to those dealing with relationship issues and conflicts, as well as a number of health and wellness concerns. I offer counseling for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, issues with boundaries, domestic violence, self-image and identity concerns, anger issues, grief, and concerns with parenting. I also provide pre-marital counseling and support for couples in crisis (divorce, separation, and communication with children).

My passion and purpose is to encourage others to explore their needs and find a path toward healing, recovery, and personal growth. Let me help you move beyond the pain and frustrations of life toward fulfillment and peace. Adolescents and families are welcome!
