Yael DiPlacido

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

I believe that each individual, couple, and family has a unique set of strengths and abilities. Sometimes, we need help in identifying these strengths and in using them to achieve our goals. Balance, change, and growth may come about in many different ways. For some people it is by learning new copings skills or adopting new communication methods. While for others it is overcoming the hurts of the past, adopting a new outlook, or accepting what cannot be changed. Yet, for some, it is a matter of getting to know themselves better.

Carla Ingeborg

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

People do not live in isolation; they live in families, in communities, in marriages, in friendships, essentially in relationships. Being alone and growing old alone is a fear that has been shared with me many times. Family is held up as a sacred institution, yet for many people family is a stressful, uncompromising, or even dangerous place.

Chuck Whittington

Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)

I strive to create a safe place where any client can feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while working through the problems and issues that they find important. I work with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds and with a variety of presenting concerns: from infidelity to depression to family boundaries to drug or alcohol addiction. In my work with clients I use the cognitive model of therapy, so our discussion in session is typically focused around thoughts, beliefs that inform thoughts, and emotions or actions that are the result of thoughts.
