Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Laura works extensively with all types of trauma related disorders, dissociative disorders, self-harm, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and sports performance anxiety. Laura believes it is imperative that we strive to leave a stronger Legacy, which in return will have an eternal impact on our family and the world in which we live.
Laura is passionate about empowering females of all ages to understand and embrace their "unique" selves and not to let their past define them. Her goal is to create a trusting counseling environment where open, honest communication is explored, so that it can be transferred to personal relationships outside of the counseling setting.
Laura enjoys equipping adults, adolescents, and families with tools to utilize as they navigate through unexpected life transitions such as divorce, sudden loss, and more.
