Life is full of challenges and changes, and sometimes it brings problems that are painful and difficult to face. When these problems overwhelm us, we can have worrisome thoughts, physical ailments, family discord, marital struggles, or loneliness. Each of us can hurt on many levels: mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually, and volitionally.
Kimberly believes in the value and worth of each person, and as a compassionate and experienced therapist. she sees it as a privilege and honor to work with clients and tend to their hearts. She is a licensed therapist, coach and clinical supervisor and does individual, group, and family therapy and coaching in person and virtually.
Kimberly specializes in anxiety, ADHD, chemical dependency & process addictions; family & couples therapy, child therapy, and play therapy. She utilizes many treatments, including EFT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, MI, CBT, Sandtray Therapy, Art Therapy, Coaching, and Faith Based Treatment.
She is an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor for licensure and credentialing. She’s been practicing since 1994 and continues to grow and stay current as a clinician in providing Evidenced-Based Treatments, best practices, and current research. She is also a Doctoral Student working on her dissertation. Kimberly works with all ages and provides a menu of treatment options specific to each client’s needs.
