As an integrative and emotion-focused therapist, I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative journey. While I have expertise in treating various struggles, you are the unique individual informing the process. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship and its ability to help you feel less alone or powerless over the challenges before you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LAPC) with the state of Georgia. I am also a member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCAGA) and the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). I have experience helping individuals dealing with eating disorders, addictions and other personal struggles.
The services I offer include individual therapy, couples counseling and support groups for both adolescents and adults. If you are struggling with addiction, disordered eating, impulse control, grief, relational conflict, trauma, personality disorder, anxiety or depression.
