Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and began working as a therapist in 1994 and has been working in a private practice setting since 2000. I have over 20 years of experience in the treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns and specialize in working with professionals, young adults and women’s issues. My focus is on mood, anxiety and stress management, healthy transition and adjustment.
The decision to begin counseling is an important one. The counseling process encourages you to develop a heightened understanding of yourself allowing you to improve your ability to problem- solve, cope and communicate effectively.
