Is your teen struggling with anxiety, depression, attention, or learning? I get it - as a parent, we want what’s best for our children. You’ve tried the parenting books, Instagram tips, googling how to help your child, and want more answers.

As a clinical psychologist, I help guide families, adolescents, and young adults in the right direction by providing psychoeducational assessment or therapy services. With therapy, I particularly help adolescents challenge thinking traps, overcome fears, set goals, and navigate setbacks throughout the way.
