Having a therapist you feel comfortable with is the most important ingredient for effective therapy. It is my job to create an experience in which you feel safe, supported, and not judged. Therapy is a journey where I will strive to understand your point of view. I will be direct yet gentle in helping you explore your vulnerabilities while building awareness, introspection, and resilience. My goal is help you learn to manage life's trials on your own.
