Personal Statement
I work under the impression that everyone is capable of greatness. I believe that all people have their own inner wisdom; I simply help individuals unlock that wisdom so they may tap into their full potential. Through support, and use of mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral techniques, I work with adults on realizing their worth, regulating their mood, and building a life worth living.
I have worked as a Lead Dialectical Behavioral therapist, and am trained to assist individuals with mood dysregulation. This had included individuals facing disappointments, affects of trauma, anxiety, mood swings, thoughts of suicide, and self-harm. I have worked with a variety of individuals using the DBT approach, and have watched these individuals grow and realize their own potential.
