Personal Statement

Sometimes life’s challenges can be overwhelming. You may be feeling depressed, hopeless, overly stressed, or even anxious. Maybe a child’s behavior is becoming unmanageable, and you’re feeling out of control. Perhaps you’re wondering if your relationship will ever recover from conflict, infidelity, or years of neglect. These issues are normal, and each of us has within us the ability to overcome our obstacles.

At McConaghie Counseling, we help client’s identify their strengths to use when taking control of their thoughts, behaviors, and actions. Specifically, I provide counseling services for individuals and couples in a secure, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. I am committed to helping couples find forgiveness and reconciliation. For individuals, I offer therapy for children (ages 10 or older), adolescents, and adults. I do so in a goal-oriented manner, with a customized approach for each client.

I am trained and certified in the following professional services: Collaborative Divorce and The Daring Way. Collaborative Divorce helps couples through this difficult time and loss, making the process more amicable, respectful, and less complicated. The Daring Way is an innovative approach to help people become courageous in their pursuit of a more fulfilling life.
