I am an individual and trauma-focused therapist with 3 years of professional licensure and nearly 8 years of clinical experience in different capacities. I started as a student clinician in my graduate program and eventually began to work alongside mental health clinicians as a qualified behavioral health provider and intern therapist to coordinate therapeutic care for community members with a variety of issues including (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, personality disorders, anger management, behavioral modification, and trauma-focused care. I now specialize in working with individuals from a "shame-less" approach. Regardless of the issue, I believe my clients have a right to deal with their burdens without feeling shameful about them. Through cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR trauma therapy, I work to promote safety and growth for those seeking to achieve their greatest potential.
