I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I have been practicing for over 6 years, and have worked with clients facing a variety of concerns, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, divorce, marital problems, infidelity, lack of life direction, career struggles, etc. I work with clients ages 13 and up, including individual clients, couples, and families.

My approach is one of partnership, caring, and interaction. I see the therapy process as a partnership with the therapist and client being equals in the counseling process. Our goal should be to work together to help you face, and overcome, the difficulties in your life. We all face struggles, and often times, we just need someone to be there with us, as we work our way through deciding upon our next moves.
