At my core I am a sensitive and silly guy. As such, I reserve the right to make stupid jokes during your sessions and expect you to pretend they are hilarious. I grew up in Vero Beach, Florida and never really cared much for the beach, so Colorado seemed like a great shift to get to enjoy a very different type of natural beauty! In my free time I play the guitar on my own or board games with friends and enjoy getting lost in a good book; especially science fiction or fantasy. I have an interest in Buddhist philosophy and enjoy incorporating broad ideas from it into sessions such as balance, flexibility and mindfulness. I think that your own beliefs and worldview are valuable parts of how you relate to the world and welcome the opportunity to incorporate them into our work!
