Congratulations on taking the first step towards your future self! I believe most people have the ability to grow and build on their own strengths; but at times, need empowerment and encouragement. My aim is to help you work on and accomplish your goals, regardless of how big or how small they may be.

I am licensed in Colorado as a licensed professional counselor. I have been a counselor for over two decades and during that time, I have had the honor of working with adults, couples, families and children through various trials and tribulations. My focus is on life and career changes as well as individual and family struggles.

I consider my counseling style to be integrative; I like to pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques such as solution-focused, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral with a general approach of holist wellness (physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, occupational).
