I believe that you have internal strengths and power to overcome any challenge. My role as your therapist is to find and enhance those strengths through a supportive partnership leading to an enhanced quality of life as you individually define it.
I have had a variety of therapeutic experiences, and the one similarity in all is that each person wants to be happy and feel fulfilled. By identifying your personal meaning of "happy" and building your strengths to reach that, your life can change!
I am a Christian and open to supporting spiritual growth in anyone wishing to include this aspect of personal change.
