I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that seeking therapy should be normalized. My focus is to help each client I serve to achieve the goals that are set from the start of therapy. The treatment modalities that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy. A umber of technique maybe utilized to reach the outcome that the patient/patients desires. I am empathic, passionate, caring, sensitive and relatable. I have over 18 years experiences working with adolescents, couples, Grief and Loss and the Elderly.
