You are one step away from changing your life. The hardest part is challenging yourself to take that step. I want to take that step with you. My goal is to help you get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself in ways you’ve never imagined. It’s never too late to make a change, start over, and most importantly begin. If you are experiencing relational issues (romantic, friendship, family, work, church, etc) I am the therapist for you. I am a relationship-based practice that provides individuals and couples counseling. I take pride in providing education and tools needed to challenge yourself in relationships such as setting boundaries, the “art of saying no,” conflict relationship, narrative, and solution focused therapy.
