Thank you for reaching out! Here is some general information about me...I have a master's degree in Professional Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have been working in the field of counseling for over 15 years. I specialize in working with teens and young adults but see all clients ages 15+. The focus of my practice primarily centers on treating anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, relationship problems, identity and LGBTQA+ issues, and trauma.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, meaning that I use the most effective form of proven treatment that I believe will work best for you given your unique needs and goals. The most common techniques I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, but I am also trained in narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and creative therapy (treatment using art and exploratory writing).
