Hello, I am a GA-based LMFT, who has worked in the helping professional field for over 16 years. I empower individuals to live their best lives. I earned my BSc in Psychology and MSc in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. My therapeutic experiences come from working with families, individuals, couples and groups. My area of specialization involves empowering women to take their lives back from traumatic past experiences. I am truly passionate about helping individuals to tap into their inner strength by utilizing the expertise of their own life to help solve current issues, I utilize a Solution Focus Brief Therapy approach whilst integrating theoretical orientations such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Trauma Model, Narrative, Humanistic, IFS... as needed for a specific problem. I view the client as experts on their own life experiences. I firmly believe that individuals presenting to therapy can accomplish their therapeutic goals. I extend unconditional positive regard to all clients.
