Hello, Do you find that life continues to show up with surprises that leave you confused, frustrated or just doubting your abilities? Are you experiencing anxiety or high levels of stress? I am Tamecia Hill and I am a LPC in the state of Georgia. I am a strength-based counselor who utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (CBT), Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy techniques to assist clients who are desiring change. I have gained valuable experience from inpatient hospital settings, community-based mental health services and the court system during my career. I assist clients who are struggling to manage anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, career concerns and women's issues.
