I believe that every person should be able to live life to the fullest! However, negative life events, trauma, relationships, and we, ourselves often get in the way of our own happiness, peace, and the ability to reach our goals. I have been able to help people "get their lives back." I have been able to help adults with trauma, anxiety, relational issues, problems with family communication, and more. I want to offer hope, assistance, and empowerment as a result of working together to achieve these goals (EMDR therapist). I am a person-centered therapist and I view the relationship to be of utmost importance in counseling. My theoretical orientations: Cognitive-behavioral (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) (a therapy that helps clients work through traumatic experiences without experiencing extreme emotional side effects), Integrative and Holistic.
