I've been working for 20 years in mental health services, outpatient therapy and Private Practice. My therapy approach is client-centered, non-judgmental and supportive. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps find a new way of understanding yourself, the world and others. Depression, substance use, relationship stress and life transitions are other issues I address. Asking for help can be difficult but brave and can put your mind at ease knowing you will have support navigating your mental health concerns. My holistic approach allows you the opportunity to explore and heal all parts of yourself. I'll make time and space for you to ask questions to encourage healing while taking a chance on You!
