I am licensed in Florida with eight years of dedicated professional experience specializing in Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral therapy. This technique incorporates self-awareness, thought-pattern restructuring and mindfulness practices. My goal in therapy is to empower my clients to navigate life's challenges through a self-empowered therapeutic process that promotes individual growth.
