I am licensed in New York with 20 years of professional work experience. My approach is helping adults of all ages focus on working on their problems and concerns in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Like any profession there are tools to the trade. I'd welcome teaching you these tools. Change is possible! Join me in using a cognitive behavioral based therapeutic approach to improve the quality of your life. I work with both new-comers to therapy, and also those where therapy in the past has not been helpful. People in non-life threatening crises are especially encouraged to contact me. There are solutions out there.
