I am an insurance-reimbursable out-of-network provider and can submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. I believe we all go through challenging periods and difficult experiences in our lives when we can feel stuck, scared, angry or isolated. And now more than ever as we navigate the impact of COVID 19, many of us are dealing with more intense stress and complicated challenges than ever before. During these upsetting times it can be particularly difficult to reach out and ask for help, and it often requires a great amount of courage to share these painful feelings with others. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, it is essential to have a strong and comfortable relationship with your therapist in order to feel safe enough to share your personal experiences. I make it my goal to build a warm and supportive environment. Together we can discuss your current circumstances, the feelings that you may be struggling with, and begin to look at how and why this may have evolved for you. I integrate psychodynamic, evidence-based, and creative approaches tailored to your needs. My focus includes using Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and insight-oriented techniques.
