Navigating through life can be an overwhelming task, but I truly believe that you are fully equipped to process through and overcome these challenges. With empathy, warmth, and compassion, my goal is to guide you on this journey to insightful and intentional living. Through collaboration, we will work together to acquire new tools and awareness to face these struggles. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced and/or are struggling with depression, self-esteem, intergenerational trauma, PTSD and difficulty with adjusting to a life altering events. My ideal client is motivated to change and prepared to do the work. Therapy isn't “one size fits all,” so I use various evidenced based approaches to adapt to your specific needs.
