I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) trained in the CBT model and equipped with over 10 years of experience working with Adults and Adolescents. Both in residential facilities and private practice I have experience helping clients with motivation, self-esteem, confidence, substance abuse, PTSD, anxiety & Depression.
