My name is Shar’Ron D. Hardwell I am a Licensed mental health professionals are required by their licensing boards I am sharing with you that I am willing to provide you, the client, with certain basic information. The information describes certain important aspects of therapy unique to Teletherapy. I have completed 3 hours of live telehealth care training in addition to my professional qualifications as a clinician. Counseling sessions will be scheduled in 45-50 minute increments, unless you the client and Shar’Ron D. Hardwell agree on a different time schedule. The next session will scheduled at the end of the current session, unless otherwise agreed upon. The structure of sessions will be dependent on the needs of you the client. . I see counseling as a process in which you the client, and I, the Counselor having come to an understanding of what you the client feel that you the client see as important and clinically necessary because you the client is the expert on your life. In the trust we build together, we will work as a team to explore and define present problem situations', develop future goals to potentially improve you the client quality of life , while working in a systematic fashion toward realizing those goals deemed essential for you the client. I focus on patients who are suffering with acute psychiatric conditions, as well as family dynamics and interrelated systemic issues. I am interested in children, adults, the aging population and overall all people. In addition I am registered as a Counselor in Louisiana. My approach in counseling begins with Person Centered perspective, with the intention of always meeting you the client where you are. I also implement Cognitive Behavioral and Rational Emotive Behavior perspective in that client is priority while focusing on patterns and exploring actions to assist the client with a better understanding of problems, so that solutions may be developed. Overall, I am ecclectic transitioning perspective to serve you the client efficient and effectively. I work with individuals, family, and groups. I work with clients of various ages in settings such as inpatient programs, outpatient programs, shelters and private practice. As a Christian I often apply a Christian perspective which is based on Biblical principles and integrated with psychological concepts.
