Working with both adults and children, in the areas of trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I love to engage in talk-therapy, guided-mindful meditation and the occasional homework assignment aimed to get you exited again about living a full and healthy life. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach including mindfulness, cognitive behavior, emotion regulation and solution focused interventions.
