Hello! My name is Nicole McNeil and I am an individual and family counselor licensed in Missouri with over 10 years of direct experience working with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflict, sexuality and identity issues, divorce, grief, and self esteem issues.

My counseling style would be considered brief therapy with a goal of resolution of concerns or referral between four and six sessions. My style is warm and inviting, while also providing honest and direct feedback to encourage self-exploration and growth. I provide the clients I work with the support, validation, and openness to help them explore their strengths, and address and improve the cycles that make them unhappy. My approach combines cognitive- behavioral, humanistic, and motivational interviewing and is tailored to the clients specific and changing needs.
