Hi, my name is Cathi and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri. I have been working in the mental health field for over 4 years serving both adults and adolescents more specifically specializing in anxiety, ADHD(childhood and adult), depression, trauma, personal conflict, divorce, grief, and self esteem. By instilling hope & confidence, discovering self-worth & adjust perceptions of the world, you will establish balance to pursue dreams & improve quality of life.
I have a heart for loving people, and have experienced a wide range of challenging circumstances myself. My goal is to meet you where you are, without judgement, and truly walk along side you on your journey to overcome barriers that may be preventing you from reaching your optimum self potential.
