I am licensed in Virginia with 5 years of professional counseling experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families. Some of the areas in which I have supported clients include managing symptoms of stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, increasing motivation, supporting those making changes & transitions in life, improving self-esteem, and confidence. Each person has an inner knowing of their needs and we will build upon that wisdom & strength. Our work together will contribute to your current foundation of knowledge with attention to elements such as wellness, coping skills, and mindfulness. The approach is integrative; it takes into consideration all parts contributing to the self - mind, body, & spirit while targeting your specific needs.
