I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the Social Services Field. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience promoting empowerment, autonomy and support. I generally have an eclectic therapeutic approach as I contour treatment to the individual needs of each client. I have had extensive training and experience working with those afflicted with depression, anxiety and anger management issues. I make it a point to provide clients with supportive non-judgmental environment to foster open, honest feedback, and communication.
