I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 15 years of experience. Through an exploration of patterns of thoughts and behaviors, I can help you uncover a more authentic self; one free from the stuck feelings of repetitive, discouraging patterns, and one grounded in a more comfortable sense of being. My goal is to walk the path with you, hand in hand and provide the support you need to get to the other side. I offer encouragement, insight, and strategies to help individuals from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles find deeper life satisfaction. I utilize a variety of modalities, but always works in a client-centered, whole-person approach encouraging clients to show up exactly as they are and focusing on the issues that matter most to them. I pride myself on providing a warm, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore all aspects of themselves.
