Our lives are forever changing and often, we forget to take the time to take care of ourselves, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I believe that a person has the power to change and transform into the person they are meant to be. So whatever stressors you are dealing with I am here to help. My specialty areas include parenting, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, substance use and health concerns, and grief/loss. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused Therapy and a patient-centered approach to meet the needs of the clients where they are. I am here to support and assist with building a tool kit that will help to guide you through life challenges non-judgmentally.
