I have over four years of counseling individuals from various backgrounds. My experience includes working with potential clients in various settings (home, religious settings, community, and academic environments). I further have experience working with those that are in crisis or who are diagnosed with Depression, Bipolar etc. My nonjudgmental and accepting personality allows for the foundation for an effective therapeutic relationship. Working with me means overcoming and powering through challenges in life by discovering healthier coping mechanisms and thought processes.
