I came to a career in psychotherapy through Information Technology and Real Estate. This, along with my many life experiences that others also struggle with, such as divorce, single parenthood, parenting a child with behavioral issues, and cancer treatment, has given me the ability to relate to various clients. I prefer to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, a treatment that has been well researched and found to be effective for various challenges. Although improvements tend to be experienced quickly, my clients appreciate the skills they acquire that they can use throughout their lifetime. My specialty is helping those dealing with medical issues and anxiety, depression, and stress.
