About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Georgia with over 7 years of experience working with individuals of all ages, couples and family units. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, Addictive Diseases, school and career stressors and family of origin conflicts. I am also trained and have over 7 years of experience utilizing theological approaches to counseling as well.

My counseling style is confidential, nonjudgmental, client centered and client driven. My theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy but I also use narrative therapy, mindfulness therapy and other evidence based approaches to therapy that would better meet the need of the client.

It takes a lot of strength and courage to reach out for some guidance in life’s journey. I would be honored to be invited to help provide some guidance on your journey.
