Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Emerald Coast in Florida. In the past 3 years I have partnered with clients to help them achieve their individualized goals. I have worked with a wide range of issues to include anxiety, life changes, grief, mood and personality disorders, and trauma. My main treatment modalities are CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma focused care including TFCBT and EMDR. My counseling style is warm and engaging.
