Randi Sellek, Alabama Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Alaska Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), originally from Illinois, graduated from Illinois State University with her Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) in 2012. She then went on to graduate with her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) in 2014 from Illinois State University as well.

I am well rehearsed in many different therapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I believe in person centered therapy to allow people to get the most out of their time and sessions. I have worked with a variety of ages, populations, and scopes of problems such as depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, and trauma.

I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. In my free time, I also enjoys painting, spending time with friends, and having a more than occasional movie marathon.

Ultimately, I try to bring a comforting, down to earth approach to counseling. My main goal is to help you feel safe and judgement free while working on issues that cause distress in your life.
