About

I’m a licensed counselor in Washington state with 15 years of experience helping people with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family issues, relationship problems and general life challenges. My therapy style is warm, accepting and respectful. I honor each client’s right and ability to make their own choices and decisions, and see my role as a helper and guide.

My approach combines humanistic, client-centered, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed and mindfulness therapy. I also have been trained in and utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.
