What should your client know about you? I offer a balanced, holistic approach that considers your mind, body, and soul, providing space for you to be heard and then move forward with ease with absolutely no judgment. I aim to make therapy convenient and easy to fit into your life. Clients find me relatable and authentic. I specialize in grief/loss, trauma, and life transitions. I offer a free 15-minute consultation because it is important to me that you feel connected and informed. What is your approach to therapy? I honor and respect the therapeutic alliance. I understand that no two clients are the same, so I will always consider your presenting concerns. However, my approach is always intentional, goal-oriented, and collaborative. Our work together will often require that you engage in your own healing journey outside of the session. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I want to know how you really are. It is my goal and passion to help you process your presenting concerns and thoughtfully reexamine your purpose and the urgency with which you live your life.
