I am a passionate individual and, as such, I love people passionately. I love growth and pursue it hard for myself and others. My ultimate goal in relationship is to be of good influence in people's lives and help them step up into their next phase. I have a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta. I have years of experience working with different mental health problems and populations but I thrive the most in issues like depression, anxiety, spiritual formation, and trauma. My approach is simple: to connect past experiences with reactions to present situation. This connection aides to dissolve negative behaviors, feelings, and thinking patterns that were put in place in order to survive the past, but in the present are creating increased emotional problems. I believe I can be helpful to those seeking counseling because with me they won't only find truth that will bring them freedom but also a genuine relationship that will give them space to grow.
