About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. I have experience spreading over 10 years. I have worked with individuals and families with a wide range of circumstances. I have experience providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I also have experience working with first responders, military, and their families. In addition, I work as a supervisor, mentoring interns toward their license in the state of Florida.

My therapeutic style is individualized based on the needs of my clients. I enjoy utilizing solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Overall, my goal is to tailor to the needs of my clients. I strive to reflect a nonjudgmental atmosphere in which everyone feels safe and respected.

Life is full of unexpected hurdles. Sometimes we may trip and fall on the barriers placed in our way. However, it is important to remember you can always get back up again. I am available to help you pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get you back in the race we call life. I am humbled to be of service to you and your loved ones.
