I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience in the behavioral health field. I have provided individual, family, and group therapy. I've worked with a broad spectrum of clients from varied backgrounds, age groups, and in a variety of settings. I enjoy helping clients to increase self-awareness, understand the origins of the emotions and behavior patterns that are most troubling them, and to forge new approaches that will help them increase their general well-being. Much of my time as a therapist has been spent addressing depression, anxiety, stress management, and issues around sexuality and gender. My goal is to always ensure those I work with feel heard, respected, and safe in their therapeutic experience. At this time I am only able to offer weekly live chat sessions and messaging through out the day.
