I work to empower individuals to improve their relationships with themselves and others. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have extensive experience working with individuals who are trying to cope with a multitude of personal issues. Areas of interest include but are not limited to working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, addiction, trauma, grief, and/or relationship issues. In addition, I enjoy working with individuals in a safe and therapeutic setting. My approach to treatment is tailored to each client’s personality and therapeutic goals. My focus is to help individuals heal, become inspired, and be aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by listening to your concerns, customizing a treatment plan, and being a part of your support team. I utilize evidence-based practices, and an array of treatment modalities to identify treatment goals and objectives. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
