Do you experience mood swings, difficulty regulating emotions, and issues in your interpersonal relationships? Have you been diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder, Depression, Anxiety, or Borderline Personality Disorder? Do you feel overwhelmed and want to feel better? It is important we develop long term, healthy coping skills instead of using short term, harmful behaviors. I can help you on your journey to achieving what you want for your life. What is your approach to therapy? If you have never been in treatment or diagnosed before, that's okay! If you experience substance abuse or any other issue that was not previously listed, that is okay, too! Through online video sessions we can identify your goals and what steps are necessary for you to achieve them. I use person centered therapy, CBT, and DBT. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I believe everyone deserves a non-judgmental listening ear who truly cares and wants to understand.
