Crystal focuses and specializes her practice in Mind Body Approaches, utilizing coping skills such as meditation, mindfulness, visualization, sound therapy, energy work, and eft. Practices such as DBT,CBT, and Gestalt therapy are combined with this approach to give clients an integrative approach to healing and maintenance of overall behavioral health. The desired outcome if is for clients to explore and understand the connection between our physical, emotional, social and spiritual lives, understanding that therapy is meant to create a balance between all 4. The goal is for every individual to create their own toolbox of holistic approaches that work for them so that maintenance outside of therapy is attainable. Telehealth sessions are currently the only modality of practice being offered at this time.
