I want you to show up with all the things weighing you down as well as all the things that make you fly. Licensed in Tennessee as an LPC-MHSP, I use therapy methods that focus on how you see the world and how we can empower you to discover what helps get through life's tough moments, together. I'm a Narrative Therapist that uses Attachment Theory, Somatic practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Career Coaching, and Trauma-Focused techniques.
